Based on the Consumer Contract Act, the author canceled the purchase contract and fought a legal battle to reclaim the purchase price through a court case (Tokyu Land Corporation Consumer Contract Act Violation Lawsuit, Tokyo District Court ruling on August 30, 2006, Case No. 2005 (Wa) 3018: Claim for Return of the Purchase Price).
